en quatre phases.<\/p><ul data-start=\"281\" data-end=\"700\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"281\" data-end=\"413\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"413\">La premi\u00e8re phase concerne la gare centrale situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport international de N\u2019djili, sur une distance de 25 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"508\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"508\">La deuxi\u00e8me phase, appel\u00e9e plaine de Kinshasa (<em data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"477\">maillage<\/em>), s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 75 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"607\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"607\">La troisi\u00e8me phase englobe la boucle urbaine de Kinshasa, d\u2019une longueur de 90 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"700\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"700\">Enfin, la quatri\u00e8me phase relie
